About 20-0
20-0 is a free browser game about one of the best arguments in football: who really belongs on a perfect team?
What the game is
Every round, a slot machine lands on a real NFL team and era — the 1985 Bears, the 2007 Patriots, the 1994 49ers — and you pick one player from that roster to fill a position. After twelve picks we simulate a full 20-game season, grade your team from F to a perfect S, and drop your result on a daily leaderboard. There are two ways to play: Classic, where every player's rating is visible, and Gridiron IQ, where the numbers are hidden and you draft on football knowledge alone.
Where the numbers come from
Player ratings and stat lines are built from real NFL history — the yardage, touchdowns, sacks, and interceptions these players actually posted in their standout seasons. We normalize ratings across eras so a dominant 1970s defender can share a board with a modern quarterback. The stats power a game about football history; they are not an official record, and if you spot something off we want to hear it.
Who makes this
20-0 is built and edited by Marcus Bennett, who grew up arguing about all-time rosters and got tired of never being able to settle it. It started as a way to turn those debates into something you could actually score, and grew into the daily game it is today.
